We bid farewell to Ulalah Edwards Young of Oppelo, Arkansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 30, 2025 at the age of 98. Ulalah touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Harvil Edwards and Goldie Brown Edwards; her daughter Dorothy Young Turner; her sons-in-law, Garry Turner and Robert Tackett; and her siblings, Marie Carter, Johanna Kennedy and Harvil Edwards.

She is survived by: her husband Othell Young; her children, Larry Young (Judy) of White Hall, Othelia Young Tackett of Atkins and Lynn Young (Becky) of Oppelo; her grandchildren, Paul Turner (Sherri), Sandy Miller (Terry), Angela Quigley (Jeff), Wesley Tackett (Lisa), Dustin Tackett (Jennifer), Lance Young (Amanda) and Mark Young (Abby); her great grandchildren, Haven McDaniel, Grace Lopez, Lindsey Fitch, Anna Weatherley, Nate Tackett, Tiffany Tackett, Parker Young and Isaac Young; her great great grandchildren, Adora, Griffin and Riley; her sisters, Laverne Cornia, Margaret Edwards and Linda Kelley (Larry); and her close friends, Nila Bailey and Bonnie Parette. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
