It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Deer Miller in Osceola, Arkansas, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, George Deer and Tossye Deer; her husband Roland; her children, Susan Schwager (Charles) and Steve (Donna); and her grandchildren, Sam, Haley Schwager, Erin and Molly Miller.
