He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Daisy Mae Austin Hatley; and his brothers, Bobby Hatley and Tommy Hatley. He is survived by: his wife Josie Hatley of Trumann; his sons, Mark Webb (Kim) of Trumann and Larry Webb (Pam) of Bono; and his sisters, Edna Harris and Barbara Easton. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
