He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie D. Houston and Jennie Mae Knighten Houston. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Houston of Blytheville; his children, Marcus Houston of Osceola, Dewey Houston Jr. of Osceola, Whitney Houston of Blytheville and Nekelia Houston Love of Atlanta; and his siblings, Charles Houston of Blytheville, John Houston of Texas, Louise Houston Pointer of Osceola and Sarah Houston Handy of Cordova.
