Elizabeth will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Elizabeth by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Elizabeth is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Elizabeth’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Shippen and Marguerite Shippen; her siblings, William Shippen and Delia Partlow; her nephews, Dr. Bill Shippen and Frank Shippen; and her niece Laura Partlow Foster. She is also survived by five stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Church of Latter Day Saints (1308 Mockingbird Ln, Blytheville, AR 72315). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
