We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2023, at the age of 80, Glenn Oakes of Osceola, Arkansas, born in Bassett, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Oakes and Ola Thompson; his wife Paulette; and his children, David Oakes (Tracy), Tammy Oakes Franks and Steve Oakes (Danyel). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and fourteen siblings.
