She is survived by: her mother Betty Jones Maddox of Marked Tree; her sons, Jerry Maddox of Marked Tree, Dusty Parham of Marked Tree and Spencer Parham of Marked Tree; and her siblings, Joey Maddox of Marked Tree, Donald Maddox of Marked Tree and Susan McGuire of Marked Tree.
