He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Ramirez and Otila Guerra Ramirez; his sons, Jessie Ray and Kenny Dale Ramirez; and his siblings, Joe Ramirez Jr., Margie Cano, Nevies Quintero, Josphine Ramirez, Juanita Halpain, Arthur "Tooter" Rameriz, Joey Rameriz and Raydell Ramirez.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Joe Ramirez, Theresa Holt and Tammy Holt; and his siblings, Paul Ramirez of Osceola, Mary B. Ramirez of Joliet and Mary Ann Thomas of Osceola. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family and friends.
