He was predeceased by : his parents, Jess Pruitt and Inez Low Pruitt; and his siblings, Celeste Maudine Griffith, Teddy G. Pruitt and Jerry D. Pruitt.
He is survived by : his wife Linda Tramel Pruitt (Lou); his sons, Dr. Jamon Richard Pruitt (Crystal) of Springdale and Dane Edward Pruitt (Jan) of Ferndale; his sisters, Peggy Sheffield of Pocatello and Patsy Kimbrell (Woody); his sister-in-law Cyndi Pruitt of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Jonathan Vance (Whitney), Garrison Vigil, Ashton Goode (Trey), Emma Pruitt, Lauren Pruitt and Lexi Pruitt; and his great grandchild Jaden Vance. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Etowah Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at the Garden Point Cemetery.
