He is survived by: his wife Deborah Scott of Osceola; his children, Joe Scott III of Sioux Falls, Lionell Scott of Osceola, Jonathan Scott (Keshila) of Jonesboro, Ulysses Redd of Osceola, Michael Andrews (Terika) of Blytheville, Shontilla Morris of Osceola and Tammy Brown (Tyan) of Fort Bliss; and his siblings, Ronnie Scott of Dyersburg, Larry Scott of Osceola, Alvin Scott (Vicky) of Rockford, Benard Miller of Tampa, Tommy Scott (Casandra) of Clarksville, Connie Scott Haymon (Nathan) of Dyersburg, Alaiyah Scott of Tucson and Joveta Scott of Tucson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church (222 E Semmes Ave, Osceola, AR 72370). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
