He is survived by: his mother Barbara McNeal-Heggins of Kansas City; his children, Dallas McNeal of Osceola, Jayden Diaz of Jonesboro, Kerranci McNeal of Osceola and Raylee Hill of Jonesboro; his siblings, Lavern "Ron" McNeal (Taminko-Close Friend) of Blytheville, Antonio McNeal of Arlington, Lakeisha White (Anthony) of Blytheville, Sade Gatlin (Jarell) of Kansas City and Angela Dority of East Lansing; and his close friend Rosa Diaz of Jonesboro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.
