He is survived by: his wife Barbara Donald Williams of Osceola; his children, Kendrick Williams of Blytheville, Stevon Smith of Osceola, Kenneth Williams Jr. of Jonesboro, Malcolm Williams of Conway, Markees Smith of Osceola, Kourtnety Smith of Forest, Jennifer Rabon of Ridgeland, Brittany Smith of Osceola and LaCordia Williams of Forest; and his siblings, Virgil Williams Jr. of Chicago, Billy Joe Stafford of San Diego, Jermanie Harris of Madison, Memma Baker of Osceola, Louvenia Thomas of Idaho Falls, Katie Williams of West Memphis and Ivy Reed of Jonesboro.
