He is survived by: his wife Sherri Chalk of Osceola; his children, Joshua Chalk of Dallas, Aaron Allen of Jonesboro, Rovontis Smith of Atlanta, Malcolm Brooks of West Memphis, Kiaunta Parnell of Houston, Kisha Walters of Dallas and Quyleisia Mitchell of Dallas; and his siblings, Eddie Robinson of Osceola, Bobby Chalk of Los Angeles, Dorothy Smith of Blytheville, Freddie Mae Thomas of Clarksville and Charlie Mae Chalk of Blytheville.
