She is survived by: her family, Mary Helen, Paul David and Keith Edward; her mother-in-law Helen; her husband John; her children, Mary Helen Fairley (Max), Paul David Forrester (Rhonda) and Keith Edward Forrester (Jill); her grandchildren, Phillip Lincoln (Shelby), Warren Steed, Paul Edward Fairley (Savannah), Jackson Ellis, Taylor Brooke Forrester and Fox Edward Lee Forrester; and her great grandchild Sterling Frances Fairley.
