He is survived by: his wife Linda Christine Lovell Simpson; his children, Al Simpson Jr. (Shelly) of Ozark, Steven Simpson (Jennifer) of Ozark, Bryan Simpson (Terrah) of Alma, Arkansas and Carissa Radley (Rick) of Alma; and his siblings, Simpson Jr. (Dorothy) of Fort Smith, Don Simpson (Jan) of Ozark and Linda Doss of Ozark. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
