She is survived by: her children, Billy Ruston (Donna) of Ozark, Teresa Ruston Johnson (Allen) of Ozark and Keith Ruston of Ozark; her grandchildren, Levi Turk of Ozark, Lindsey Hutson of Ozark, Abby Muniz of Ozark, Tayler Hillard of Ozark and Kadie Ruston of Ozark; and her great grandchildren, Zayden, Christopher, Zain Muniz, Hunter Hutson, Paisley Hutson, Trevor Phillips and Skylar Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cecil Cemetery.
