He is survived by: his wife Tiffney Smith; his children, Johnathan Minyard (Carlee) of Atkins and Savannah Rudolph (Kade) of Alma, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Maggie Rudolph and Minyard; his brothers, James Smith (Dawn) of Van Buren, Jeffrey Smith (Catherine) of Wynne and Bryan Smith of Van Buren; his aunts, Shirley Loyd of Alma and Pam Mitchell (Rodney) of Oklahoma; his parents-in-law, Donna, Gary Jeffery of Locust Grove, Arkansas and Kevin Cooper (Cephas) of Concord, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Amanda Cooper of Prim; and his grandfather-in-law Jan Verser of Prim. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the animal shelter of your choice or the Glioblastoma Research Foundation.
