He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William White and Mary Ellen Holt White; his siblings, Ralph Franklin, Shirley Cross and Kaye Stewart; and his brother-in-law Raymond Casey.

He is survived by: his wife Donna "Nana Bear" Franklin White; his children, Thomas White (Lori) and Lisa Robison (Danny) of Ozark; his sisters, Patricia White Casey of Ozark, Fluffy Sory of Ozark and Tuffy Edwards of Ozark; his grandchildren, Leslie Bednar (Trey), Beth Ann Wetzel (Chase), Dakota Robison and Jediah White (Meagan Harris); and his great grandchildren, Drake Bednar, Charlsey Bednar and Coulter Wetzel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
