He was predeceased by : his father George W. Lindley; his daughter Courtney Ann Lindley; his grandparents, Albert, Georgia Hartley, Jimmy Eli and Ida Mae Lindley; and his aunts and uncles, Woodrow, J. W. Lindley, Nancy Wright (David), Ruth Gray and Nadine Warda.
He is survived by : his mother Dona Lou Hartley Lindley of Ozark; his children, Ashley Leann Lindley of Scottsdale, Arizona, David Lee Lindley II (Christy) of Phoenix and Joshua Preston Lindley of Ozark; his siblings, George Lindley II (Tammy) of Ozark, Wyliea Hobbs (William) of Antioch, Nancy Speilman of Ozark, Dona Lisa Kelly of Fort Smith and Sherry Anderson (Richard) of Wills Point, Texas; his aunts, Darlene Lindley, Marcella Couch and Alberta Helton (Pat); and his grandchildren, Payton, Yale, James, Hayden and Jerik. He is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; numerous cousins; and friends.
