He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Valliquette and Jennie Valliquette. He is survived by : his daughter Laura Jane (James Poush); his wife Cheryl Valliquette; and his children, Fonda Kirchner, Kirk (Jennifer Carlile), Sharon Guzman, Andrew (Nicole Valliquette), Jason (Cindi Valliquette), Ronald (Jennifer Carlile) and Daniel Carlile.
