He is survived by: his wife Zelma Jean Woodward (Bise); his daughters, Laura Christine Sewell of Hartman and Teri Butler (Ronnie) of Lamar; and his siblings, Charlie Woodard, Phil Woodard of Clarksville, John Woodard (Margaret) of Clarksville, Paul Woodward (Patsy) of Westville, Oklahoma and Mary Warren (Tommy) of Ozone. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
