She was predeceased by: her husband Shelby Chancey; her parents, William "Lee" Peck and Ila McCalla Peck; her stepson Colby Chancey; her siblings, William "Bill" Peck, Clyde Eugene "Gene" Peck, Charles "Charlie" Peck, Alice Peck Emhoff and Florence Marie Peck; her granddaughters, Latisha "Tisha" Hall-Bartlett and LaRhonda Powell-Guzman; her great grandchild Gerardo "Junior" Vega-Ramirez; and her son-in-law Philip Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Ray Richard (Joyce) of Republic, Missouri, Connie S. Bell of Payette, Deborah Wood (Terry) of Ozark and Ila Ann Hall; her pet Mighty Hall; her siblings, Bert Peck (Marcella) of Springfield, Missouri and Shirley Peck Goodman of Springfield; and her grandchildren, Michelle Poteaux (Christophe) of Alexandria, Kristina "Kris" Fitzsimmons (Marc) of Farmington, Stephanie Vineyard (Robby) of Republic, Randall Powell (April) of Payette, Charles "Charley" Hall (Amber) of Terry Don, Wood Jr. of Ozark and Brad R. Wood of Ozark. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949).
