He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Woodrow Frazier and Sylvia Odessia Lawson Frazier; and his son Troy Wayne Frazier. He is survived by: his children, Raschelle Lynn Dupell (Ken) of Pilot Rock, Rhona Leanne Lecumberry (Lazaro) of Winnemucca, Nevada and Gary Eugene Frazier (Jenny) of Dallas Texas; his friend Charles Eugene Williams of Ozark; and his sweetheart Charlotte Sweeden of Ozark. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
