He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Harty and Mary E. Wilkes Harty; and his brothers, Jack Harty and Guy "Pete" Harty. He is survived by: his wife Helen Kay Harty; his children, Richard Harty (Shellie) of Ozark, Keith Harty of Ozark and Wendy Brison (Mike) of Ozark; his brothers, Elza W. Harty and Bob Harty; his grandchildren, Dilon Harty (Abby), Cody Harty (Leslie), Bryant Harvey (Ashley), Adrien Brison Keown (Josh), Kaden Brison and Tyler Harty; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Emersyn, Barrett, Parker Mae and Pruwitt.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949).
