He was predeceased by: his father Charles Parrish; and his grandparents, James Thurman, Hilda Hill, Henry and Inez Parrish.
He is survived by: his mother Velma Parrish of Ozark; his wife Marcy Parrish of Ozark; his daughters, Paige Dean (Dylan) of Pensacola and Holly Parrish Edwards (Daniel) of Ozark; and his siblings, Angela Weseman (Mark) of Ozark, Sherri Lane (Dusty) of Ozark and Dean Jones (Penny) of Cleveland, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
