He is survived by: his parents, Haley Rogers Destea and Michael Destea Jr.; his sister AnnaLeigh Destea; his grandparents, Johnny Jr., Michelle Rogers of Ozark and Michael Destea Sr. of Stockdale, Texas; his great-grandparents, Johnny Sr., Lisa Rogers of Ozark, Randy of Ozark, Kim Jackson of Ozark and Becky Graham of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; and his great-great-grandparent Marie Hutchinson of Ozark. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
