She is survived by: her husband Roy Smith; her children, Jimmy Dale Smith (Becki) of Ozark, Barbara Ann Smith of Ozark and Donna Ruston (Billy) of Ozark; her grandchildren, Storm Smith, Kent Smith, Brandy O'Neal Rinke, Abby Ruston-Muniz and Tayler Ruston Hillard; and her great grandchildren, Bella Rinke, Weston Rinke, Zayden Muniz, Christopher Muniz and Zain Muniz.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery.
