She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bornmann and Bessie Austin Bornmann; her husband Sidney O'Bar; her son Robert Wayne O'Bar; her brother Bobby Bornmann; and her sister-in-law Geneva Bornmann.
She is survived by: her nephew David Bornmann; and her caregivers, Donna Phillips, Susan Patterson, Misty Crumpton, Willene Gowing, Elaine Smith and Vicki King.
