He was predeceased by : his parents, Thelbert Cline and Marie Estep Cline; his sisters, Esther Pledger, Flois McDonner, Ruth McCartney and Lois Covert; and his grandson Klutch.

He is survived by : his wife Suzanne Umholtz Cline; his children, Joey Urbanek of Fayetteville, Kacee Kareus (Adam) of Fort Smith, Nikki Whiteaker (Phillip) of Fort Smith and Stormie Carter (Axel) of Ozark; his siblings, Betty Richard (Jimmy) of Altus, Ruby Shepherd (A. K.) of Bidville, Arkansas, Jimmy Cline (Phylis) of Altus, Rickie Cline (Myra) of Ozark and Travis Cline (Sharon) of Clarksville, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Jillian, Titus, Theodore, Blakley, Oakley, Kruz, Kam, Myles and Trace.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
