She was predeceased by : her parents, Jerle A. Brown and Letha M. Benard Brown; her children, Vicky Belt and Ricky Roland Belt; and her sister Geraldine Hillard.

She is survived by : her husband Lester R. Belt; her children, Barbara Earls, David Belt (Denise) and Danny Belt (Betty Rose); and her sister Barbara Andrews (Billy). She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and two great-great grandsons.
