She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Crooks and Elizabeth Riley Crooks; her daughters, Mona Ann Timonere West and Hope Renee Freeman; her granddaughter Jancee Hice; and her siblings, Ray, Roy, George, Edith Crooks, Mildred Taylor, Lillian Nolan and Irma Thornberry.

She is survived by : her husband Wallace West; her sons, Earl West (Denise) of Altus and Lee West (April) of Altus; and her grandchildren, Justin West, James Williams, Brandy Williams, Megan Martin, Anthony West, Shane Freeman, Dusty Freeman, Sydney Freeman, Jessie Pierce, Briann Hice, Kayla Alexander, Candice Harmon and Landon Hice.
