She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Larez and Delia Sanchez; her former husband Jim Rogers; her grandson Darrell Rogers; and her siblings, Ronaldo Larez, Antonio Larez, Eleanor Sanchez and Julia Orosa.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Helmert; her children, Jim Rogers (Eudora) of Bristol, Oklahoma, Michele Harris (Dow) of Denning and Teresa Williams (Steve) of Van Buren, Arkansas; and her siblings, Jesus Larez of California, Anna Kimes (Ray) of California, Lydia Boneau (Don) of California and Malinda Turchan (Mike) of California. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at the Cemetery Ridge Cemetery (6316 Cemetery Ridge Rd, Ozark, AR 72949).
