He is survived by: his wife Helen Proctor; his children, Jeremy Proctor (Alicia), Denice Davis and Barbara Holman (Greg); his sisters, Terry Keylon (Johnny) and Tanyia Ledford (Gary); and his grandchildren, Hannah Proctor, Emily Proctor, Kaleb Melson, Jacob Combs and John Mooney. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
