We announce the death of Rebecca Sue Parker of Palestine, Arkansas, who passed away on October 15, 2026, at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Young and Virginia Davis Young; her son James Allen "Jimmy" Parker; and her half-brother Franklin Young. She is survived by: her siblings, Frankie Huckaba of Colt and Jeff Young (Theresa) of Widener; her children, Justin Parker (Amy) of Palestine and Joey Parker (Allison) of Searcy; and her grandchildren, Holden (Rylie), Anna (Noah), Noah, Monroe and Leighton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stevens Funeral Home (220 N Washington St, Forrest City, AR 72335). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Palestine Church of Christ (516 N Main St, Palestine, AR 72372). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at the Bell Cemetery (823 Sfc 848, Palestine, AR 72372).
