He is survived by: his parents, Ted Burkhart and Linda Burkhart (Pate); his wife Sherry Womble; his children, Adam Burkhart (Nicole) of Portland, Amber Johnson (Justin) of Tennessee, Hannah Bates (D. J.) of Mississippi and Whitney Hollenbeck (Joey) of Tennessee; and his sister Marchelle Lashley of Jackson's Harrisburg Funeral Home Chapel.
