He is survived by : his wife Reba Head Cook; his grandchildren, Brandon Cook (Courtney), Aaron Cook (Leah), Raegin Musgrove, Alexa Bradley (Ricky), Makenzi Curtis (Austin) and Carter Cook (MaKenzie); his great grandchildren, Blakely, Cade, Livie Cook, Braxton, Brenden Jackson, Lyla McInturff, Brooklyn Cook, Gracie, Dallas Musgrove, Lynlei Bradley and Paxton Curtis; and his sister Pat Baugh of Searcy.
