She is survived by: her husband Walter Hugh Tubbs; her children, James E. Tubbs (Tonia), Martha J. Lynn, Walter H. Tubbs II (Jocelyn) and Scott Smith (Stephanie); and her sisters, Brenda Crawford (Johnny), Barbara Underwood (Kenny) and Phyllis Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, adopted grandchildren and great grandchildren.
