He is survived by: his wife Tammy Riggins; his daughters, Tasha Dean, Stephanie Riggins, Addie Riggins and Allie Riggins; his siblings, Larry Riggins, Donnie Riggins (Rosie) and Sue Williams (Jeff); his grandchildren, Marlee, Conner, Jessica and Skylar; his niece Danelle Williams; and his brother Willie Don Williams. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
