He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Cunningham and Mildred Cunningham; his wife Marion Cunningham; and his sons, Alfred Wayne Cunningham and Edward Freeman.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Cunningham (Teresa), Greg Cunningham (Tammy), Ronnie Freeman (Cheryl), Kathy Miller (Keith) and Cindy Garner; and his sister Anita Buck. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
