He is survived by: his wife Patsy Howe; his children, Debbie Rippy, Larry Howe (Sheila), Ronnie Howe (Shona) and David Howe (Christy); his sister Sharon Howard (Jerry); his grandchildren, Tasha Cook (Mike), Amy Klingensmith (Justin), Shawna Boggs (Dane), Heather Howe, Christopher Rippy, Jenny Evans (Jace), Sydney Howe, Andrew Howe and Payton Howe; and his great grandchildren, Gabe, Gracie Cook, Emma, Bella Klingensmith, Analeigh, Logan Boggs, Cohen Evans, Luna Rippy and Hazel Gibson.
