He was predeceased by: his mother Rayetta Faye Gardner (Chaffin); his grandparents, Ray, Laura Chaffin, Vern and Willene Gardner; his uncle Charles Chaffin; and his stepbrother Brian Gardner.
He is survived by: his father Ed Gardner of Jonesboro, Arkansas.; his siblings, Chris Gardner (Shelly) of Paragould and Jennifer Rega (Brian) of Jonesboro; his stepmother Kathy Gardner of Jonesboro, Arkansas.; his nephews, Evan Gardner and Logan Swift; his niece Olivia McPherson (Logan); and his uncle Rick Chaffin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Tony's memory to the Children's Homes of Paragould, NEA Baptist Cancer Center, or Phil & Flo Jones Hospice House.
