He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Howard and Geneva Christine Cullens; his brother George Howard; and his grandparents, Dorothy Loraine and Zachary Auther Cullens.
He is survived by: his wife Olivia Howard; his son Cameron Johnson; his sisters, Rhonda Pyle and Teresa Tucker; and his close friend Chris White.
