Barbara Ann Gramling Obituary

Barbara Ann Gramling, age 74, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away on August 8, 2026 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 7, 1952 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Joe and Betty (Staphany) Sandburg. Barbara enjoyed going to the river and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include; two sons: Jason Lepper (Christina) and Bret Lepper (Meghan); three daughters: Misty Hess, Ashly Addison, Tami Sanders (Darrell); fifteen grandchildren: Sarah, Angel, Samatha, MaKayla, Logan, Nevah, Bentley, Cannon, Mariah, Melodie, Cheyenne, Briar, Abigail, Chasyn, Grasyn; and a host of other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by; her parents: Joe and Betty (Staphany) Sandburg; and her husband: Gary Gramming.

The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
