She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Pickens and Commie Pickens; and her siblings, Bob Pickens, Jim Pickens, Mathel Symons, Wilma Buchanan, Eva Miller and Connie Baldwin.
She is survived by: her husband Jake McBroom; her children, Shelly Griffith (Charles) of Abington, Virginia, Tonya Thompson of Paragould and Barry McBroom (Kacey) of Oak Grove; and her pets, Sophie and Sadie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
