She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Smith and Muriel Stallcup-Smith; her siblings, Don Smith, Daniel Smith (Mary Ann) and Betty Moulder (Jack); her husband Earl McKelvey; her sons, Jack McKelvey and Tim McKelvey; her grandson Aaron Barnhardt; her great grandchild Josiah Barnhardt; her brother-in-law Hootie Lenderman; and her nephew Wayne Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Barnhardt (Paul) of Gallatin, TN and David McKelvey (Kathy) of Farmington, MO; her sister Pat Lenderman of Oak Grove, AR; and her grandchildren, Shannon Pennie (Brandon) of Paragould, Miranda McKelvey of Farmington, MO, Joshua Barnhardt (Karee) of Van Buren, AR, Jordan Barnhardt of Gettysburg, PA, Nathan McKelvey (Becca) of Jonesboro and Ryan McKelvey (Anna) of Farmington, MO.
