She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Buzzard and Erma Buzzard (Hopkins); her husband Paul Melburn Mayfield; her siblings, Genine Mayfield and Joseph Warren Buzzard; and her granddaughter Jennifer Ward.
She is survived by: her children, J. Dean Hill, Paula Hill (Dave), Denise Gardner, Nianna Cobb (Steve), Chris Mayfield and Shaun Mayfield.
