He was predeceased by: his parents, Omery Davis and Roberta Davis; his son Billy "Tooter" Lee Davis II (Brittney) of Paragould; and his sister Betty Bratton. He is survived by: his wife Tammy DeBoard Davis; his children, Shawn DeBoard of Paragould, Christy Smith (Michael) of Jonesboro and Susie Hodge (Dennis) of Monette; his sister Mona Eaton; and his close friend Judy Edgin. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
