He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence William and Pearl Murray (Hyde); his mother-in-law Goldie Hendley; his siblings, Raymond Murray, Gaylon Murray, Leon "Bud" Murray, Ray Murray, Geraldine Buck (Murray) and Wilma (Murray); his nephews, Tommy Murray, Dallas Hooks (Duke) and Larry Don Hooks; and his son-in-law Alan Riggins.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Murray; his children, Tammy Riggins and Chad; his daughter-in-law Whitney Murray; his siblings, Faye Hill and Charlie Murray (Linda); and his grandchildren, Harlan, Kirk Murray, Addie, Allie and Tasha Riggins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (4904 W Kingshighway, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
