He is survived by: his father Billy Haynes Grogan Sr. (Pat); his significant other Jessica Austin; his daughter Hannah Grogan Clifton (Tylor) of Jonesboro, AR.; his siblings' children, Robert (Erin), Lee Grogan (Lauren) of Paragould, AR and Ryan Nel Grogan of Paragould, AR; and his brothers, Bill Grogan Jr. (Sharon) and Jason Grogan (Lori) of Paragould, AR..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (1520 US 49, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at the Liberty Cemetery.
