He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Gage; and his siblings, Paul Gage and Linda Gage. He is survived by: his children, Curtis David Gage of Paragould and Krista Marie Gage; his grandchildren, Darian Gage, Keyana DeVose and Ariana Wright; his siblings, Jeffery Gage (Dena) of Paragould, Donnie Gage (Laura) of Paragould and Sherry Clark of Paragould; his sister-in-law Karen Gage of Huntsville, Alabama; and the mother of his children Donna Gage. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
